Website Use

By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and to provide accurate information when contacting Bahia Fence or requesting an estimate. Do not attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorized access to the website or its forms.

Estimates and Services

An inquiry or estimate request does not create a contract, reserve an installation date, or guarantee service availability. An online estimate is non-binding until both parties accept a written proposal or agreement. Project scope, materials, pricing, scheduling, permits, property requirements, payment terms, warranties, and other service conditions will be confirmed in that written agreement.

Unless a written proposal states otherwise, estimates are valid for 30 days from their date. Material availability and pricing can change; any revised scope or pricing must be confirmed in writing before work proceeds.

Payments, Changes, and Warranties

Bahia Fence does not collect payments through this website. Any deposit, payment schedule, taxes, permit fees, restocking charges, and other project costs will be stated in the accepted written proposal. Changes to the agreed scope, including changes caused by concealed conditions, site conditions, customer requests, or additional materials or labor, require a written change order and may affect price and schedule.

Any workmanship or material warranty is only the warranty expressly stated in the written proposal or agreement. Manufacturer warranties, if any, are governed by their own terms.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers may request cancellation or rescheduling in writing. Bahia Fence will honor all cancellation rights required by law. For qualifying Florida home-solicitation sales, customers may have the right to cancel through midnight of the third business day after signing. After any applicable statutory cancellation period, the signed written proposal governs any nonrecoverable material, permit, or completed-work costs.

Bahia Fence may reschedule work due to weather, unsafe site conditions, permitting delays, material availability, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Permits and Property Approvals

Bahia Fence will determine whether a permit is required for the contracted work and will obtain a permit only when the written proposal says it will do so. Permit fees, engineering, surveys, and other jurisdictional costs will be identified in the proposal when applicable. The customer is responsible for HOA, architectural-review, neighborhood, and other private approvals unless the written proposal expressly states otherwise.

Property Lines and Underground Facilities

The customer is responsible for providing accurate property-boundary information and disclosing known private utilities, irrigation, low-voltage wiring, septic systems, drainage, invisible-pet-fence wiring, and other private improvements. Bahia Fence does not perform land surveys and may require a survey or boundary documentation before work begins.

Before excavation, Bahia Fence will submit the required Sunshine 811 notification for work it performs. Sunshine 811 markings do not identify privately owned utility lines. Private locating, if needed, is the customer's responsibility unless the written proposal states otherwise.

Project Information

You are responsible for the accuracy of project details, measurements, property information, and files you submit. Submit only materials you have the right to share. Bahia Fence may rely on the information you provide when responding to a request, but may need to inspect the property before finalizing a proposal.
